After you book your project, Before beginning your painting project, our team will complete a visual inspection of your property to assess the project, prepare your space for painting, and answer any questions you have. These two things – our people and our process – are what allows us to get the job done without totally disrupting your day.
Handover & payment
Once your project is finished, we’ll do a walkthrough with you while the paint is drying to check for any touch-ups that are needed.
Once we confirm you are happy with the completed work we will invoice and take the payment.
Then we’ll call you the next day to follow up, making sure the work, colours, and products meet all of your expectations.
